Sundays at New Life

Every weekend, we come together as a church to be inspired to Follow Jesus Together. We invite you to join us as our guest! Our services last a little over an hour, during which we have encouraging, upbeat worship, a gospel-centered sermon, and offer opportunities for you to connect with others. We would be thrilled to have you visit us!

Gatherings

Join us in-person or online every Sunday

9:00 & 10:30 AM

Online

Engage in our services wherever you are. We’re live at both services and on-demand.

In-Person

Join us on campus for a time of worship and the word for your whole family.

For Adults

Our Sunday services are open to everyone. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a “Good morning” and a handshake by our friendly welcome team. Follow the signs to the Worship Center and find a seat, or grab a coffee in the Cafe before you head in. If you have children, you’ll find the first-time family check-in desk clearly marked in our courtyard.

Services last about an hour and include encouraging, uplifting worship music and a gospel-centered message. We’re excited to meet you!

For Kids (ages kindergarten to 5th grade)

We’re a church of all generations committed to reaching the next generation. Every Mariners Kids service is an adventure filled with surprises, fun, and laughter. We teach the truth of God’s Word in really fun and age-appropriate ways!

We also know that kids need relationships to thrive. They need friends to encourage them and caring leaders to inspire them on their journey to know and love Jesus. That’s why we provide excellent programming at all services, specifically designed for kids (ages 0 to 5th grade).

For Students (8-12th grade)

We provide an exciting program specifically designed for middle and high students (6th to 12th grade) at our 10:30 AM Sunday services. Students enjoy games, music, fun teaching, and opportunities to connect with peers during weekend services. Alive also meets on Wednesday evenings, click below to learn more.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re planning on bringing your kids, you can let us know you’re coming here to speed up the check-in process. Visit the First-Time Family Desk in our courtyard to get your kids checked in, and a volunteer will show you to their classrooms. Kids are also welcome in the main service if you’d like to attend as a family.

Whatever you’re comfortable in! You’ll see people in their Sunday-best while others are in jeans and a t-shirt. Overall, we’re pretty casual.

You can expect a service consisting of encouraging worship and a gospel-centered sermon. Services last around an hour.

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the service begins. This will give you time to find a parking spot, get your kids checked in, grab a coffee, and be seated before service starts.

Of course. Whether you want to come to church to find out more about God or just to spend time in community and enjoy some great music, please know that you’re welcome.

We take communion to remember Jesus’ sacrifice, but participation is not required. We typically offer communion on the first Sunday of every month services and all are welcome to partake, if you’d like.

We receive an offering every Sunday, but please do not feel any pressure to give as a guest. We believe that generosity is a biblical practice for members of a church family, but is not expected for people visiting New Life.

At no point will you be asked to stand, raise your hand, or wear a name tag that says you’re a visitor. We do encourage you to stop by the First Time Guest Desk in the courtyard for a gift though!

You can sit wherever you’d like! There is no assigned seating. The loudest section of our room is in the center— we’d recommend sitting in the first few rows if you’re concerned about volume.

We have a short time in our service where people may say hello to those seated around them, but participation is not required. Many choose to simply give a head nod and a “Good Morning.”

You can find more information about New Life and our beliefs here.

At this time our services are not translated. If you’re bilingual and are interested in helping launch a live-translated service (using ear pieces), please let us know!
